Lance Hill

Lance Hill has extensive experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) roles across multiple organizations within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Health Safety Environment Advisor at DECMIL since February 2019, Lance has previously held similar positions at Civmec Construction & Engineering, Placements International, and Tempo Australia Ltd. Notably, at AusGroup Limited, Lance managed a team of up to 20 HSE and training professionals on the Ichthys Project. Additional roles include HSE Advisor positions at Toll Group and AGC, where responsibilities encompassed compliance oversight, incident investigation, and safety audits. Earlier experience includes managing HSS for Sakhalin Energy and leading a team of Transport Safety inspectors. Lance holds a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Edith Cowan University and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Polytechnic West.
