Sharon Xie

Sharon Xie is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product leadership. At Decodable since March 2021, Sharon has held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Head of Product. Prior to Decodable, Sharon worked at Splunk from September 2016 to March 2021, serving as Principal Software Engineer and leading a team responsible for the Data Stream Processor, as well as developing large-scale data stream configuration and visualization features. Earlier experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at Talix, where Sharon focused on front-end development for SaaS applications, and a tenure at IBM from June 2010 to September 2015, where leadership of agile teams was a key responsibility. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
