Rea Barabaš is currently the Head of People & Culture at DECODE, where they drive recruitment strategies, develop onboarding programs, and foster continuous professional development. Previously, Rea worked as a Marketing Specialist at HalPet, implementing marketing strategies and leading a marketing team. They gained additional experience in marketing and organization at Mediavision and pursued a Master's Degree in International Business at the University of Zagreb, along with a Digital Marketing certification. Rea is also currently earning an MBA from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie.
