Susan Mounts

Susan Mounts, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Head of People and Culture at AeroSpec, Inc., where they lead human resource strategy and operations, focusing on capability building and workforce planning. Previously, Susan held several key positions, including Director of Human Resources at Cornerstone Advisors and Human Resources Manager at Evans Newton, Inc. Susan has also served as Vice President of Human Resources at ONE (Open Network Exchange) and Director of Human Resources at both Joined Alloys & DiMatrix and Pride Group LLC. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Colorado State University.
