Silvija Gustec

Silvija Gustec is a dedicated marketing professional with a strong background in business development and strategic marketing. At DECODE ®, they held roles from Marketing Manager to Head of Marketing, where they led initiatives to enhance brand visibility and manage budget and team dynamics. Prior to their time at DECODE, they served as a Project Assistant at ARIKOS Plus d.o.o. Silvija earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Zagreb.
