Derek Peet has extensive experience in the advertising industry, working for various companies in different capacities. Derek began their career as a Junior Copywriter at Saatchi & Saatchi in 2016 and later moved on to become a Copywriter. In 2020, Derek joined Annex88 as a Senior Copywriter and eventually took on the role of Associate Creative Director, where they led and won multiple pitches for clients such as adidas, buybuyBaby, L'Oreal, and Treasury Wine Estates. In 2022, they became a Consulting Creative Director at Darkroom before transitioning to their current role as an Associate Creative Director at Decoded Advertising in 2023.
