Victor Sie

Victor Sie has extensive experience in the creative field, starting in 1997 as a Graphic Designer at Hadtke. Victor then worked as a Senior Designer at Circle.com from 2000 to 2003. Victor later joined Euro RSCG 4D as a Senior Designer and was promoted to Senior Art Director from 2003 to 2008. Victor then became an Associate Creative Director at Euro RSCG Worldwide from 2008 to 2012. Victor worked as a Freelance Creative from 2012 to 2014 before joining MRY as a Creative Director from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Decoded Advertising, where they started as a Creative Director in 2016 and was promoted to Group Creative Director in 2018.

Victor Sie earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
