Kathryn Parsons

Kathryn Parsons is the Co-Founder and CEO of DECODED, a leading provider of technology education that focuses on enhancing digital literacy and skills for a diverse range of clients, including Global 2,000 companies, policymakers, and small businesses. Under Kathryn's leadership, DECODED delivers workshops that empower organizations to improve their digital culture and capabilities in areas such as data decision-making, artificial intelligence, data ethics, and cyber security. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as a Non-Executive Director for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) from January 2017 to January 2021, contributing to significant achievements in increasing science and research funding and advancing UK carbon reduction initiatives. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Classics and Classical Languages from the University of Cambridge.
