Malini Adapureddy

Malini Adapureddy is the Founder & CEO of The Deconstruct, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to starting their own company, they worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company from April 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they were an Associate Manager - Product Supply at Procter & Gamble from May 2013 to April 2016. Malini'searlier experience includes working as a Manager - Supply Chain Operations at Flipkart from January 2012 to May 2013.

Malini Adapureddy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in the year 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a dual degree in B.Tech and M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur between 2006 and 2011.
