Kim Metcalf is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and client relationship management. Currently serving as the Customer Marketing Manager at DecoPac, Inc. since September 2018, Kim previously operated as an Independent Consultant, providing pro bono marketing consulting and volunteer work with organizations such as Gilda’s Club and United Way.
