Tad Konrady

Tad Konrady has over 27 years of work experience in the field of art direction and graphic design. Tad is currently the Art Director at DecoPac, Inc., where they are responsible for creating print and digital assets, coordinating publications, and producing retail signage. Before that, Tad worked as a Freelancer/Design Consultant, where they independently worked on projects for clients such as Mayo Clinic and Merrill Corporation. Prior to that, they served as the Creative Services Manager at Safco Products Company, where they oversaw visual design development and managed a team of creatives. Tad has also held positions as a Senior Art Director at Mello Smello, overseeing creative output, and as an Art Director at Paper Magic Group, managing design deliverables for various brands. Tad started their career as a Lead Graphic Designer at Apothecary Products, where they created visual designs for catalogs, packaging, and sales tools. Throughout their career, Tad has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Tad Konrady completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, starting in 1989 and graduating in 1991. Prior to that, they attended Inver Hills Community College from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts.
