Michael Penner is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Decor Cabinets Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Adjuster at Manitoba Public Insurance from May 2019 to November 2021. Michael also has extensive leadership experience as the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Pembina Valley from December 2011 to November 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing agency operations, marketing, HR, financial management, and casework support. Earlier in their career, Michael provided dealer support at Winkler Canvas, focusing on product support and project management. Michael is pursuing a Human Resources degree at the University of Manitoba, expected to be completed in April 2024, and has a Bachelor of Arts from Providence University College and Theological Seminary, along with ongoing studies at the Insurance Institute of Canada.
