Anthony Carville MCIPD has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Decora Blind Systems since October 2012. In this role, Anthony manages complex employee relations, oversees recruitment and selection processes, and handles absence management and contractual matters. Responsibilities also include providing HR-led training, coaching on people management, and project management. Prior to Decora, Anthony worked as an HR Coach at Caterpillar Inc. and held various HR and payroll roles at Southern Health & Social Care Trust. Anthony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ulster, completed in 2010.
