David Nazarian

David Nazarian is currently an Acquisitions Associate at Decron Properties Corp. Prior to this, they worked as an underwriter in CMBS financing at Rialto Mortgage Finance and have also gained experience in real estate investment and acquisitions analysis at various companies. They hold a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Policy, Planning, and Development with a concentration in Real Estate Development, both from the University of Southern California. Prior to their university education, they attended Milken Community High School.
