Rebecca Washington

Rebecca Washington has held various roles in property management, with experience managing multiple communities in Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, and Temecula, CA. Currently serving as the General Manager at Decron Properties Corp., responsible for overseeing 690 units between two communities in Carlsbad and Mission Valley, San Diego. Prior roles include Community Manager positions at MG Properties Group, WM Builders, Inc., The REMM Group, and SENTRE, where Rebecca demonstrated leadership in managing staff, executing capital projects, and implementing customer service and marketing strategies. Rebecca holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration for Transfer from San Diego Mesa College.
