Aleksey Shibanov

Aleksey Shibanov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aleksey started their career as a System Analyst at Riga Commercial Bank, where they supported payment cards information systems and developed reports. Aleksey then joined DnB NORD as the Head of the Acquired Software Product Group, where they interacted with software vendors, managed the group's work, and supported the lifecycle of acquired products. Aleksey continued their career at DnB NORD Bank Latvia as the Head of the Acquired Products Software Group, performing similar responsibilities. At DNB, Aleksey worked as a Team Manager, overseeing third level support management for various products, implementing new features, and participating in crucial projects. Aleksey'smost recent role was at Rietumu Banka, where they served as the Head of the Transaction Processing Division. Currently, Aleksey is the Head of the IT Department at Decta.

Aleksey Shibanov obtained a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from RISEBA during the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, between 1997 and 2000, Aleksey attended Latvijas Universitate, although the details regarding the degree name and field of study are unknown.
