Anastasija Kotelnikova

Anastasija Kotelnikova started their work experience in 2005 at Rietumu Banka, where they held various roles throughout their thirteen-year tenure. Anastasija began as a Specialist at the Technical Support Division and steadily progressed to more senior positions, including Deputy Head of Technical Support Division and Senior Specialist at the Payment Cards Acquiring Division. From September 2014 to February 2017, they served as the Head of the Chargeback Processing Group (Acquiring/Issuing) before becoming the Deputy Head of the Payment Cards Department. In April 2018, they joined DECTA as the CFO, where they are presently employed.

Anastasija Kotelnikova pursued their education at RISEBA University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they studied at Banku Augstskola and completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General between 2004 and 2008.
