Andrejs Gorsanovs is an experienced project manager and system engineer with over a decade of expertise in change management, project planning, and system analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at DECTA since January 2020, Andrejs is involved in card management system migration and upgrades. Previously, at the Information Centre of the MoI, responsibilities included overseeing the Schengen Information System's maintenance and upgrades. Additional roles include Senior System and Network Administrator, System Analyst, Web Software Developer, and Lecturer, with a strong foundation in technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, PHP, and various web development tools. Andrejs holds a Master's degree in Information System Management from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Latvijas Universitate.
