Viktorija Jubele

Viktorija Jubele is a Business Analyst at DECTA since October 2019. Prior to that, Viktorija worked at PNB Banka for 9 years, where Viktorija held the title of Head of Payment Card Technology Development and Maintenance Division. Before their time at PNB Banka, Viktorija worked at Norvik Banka as a Payment Card Project Manager and at Hansabanka as a Payment Card System application administrator. Viktorija holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Latvijas Universitate.
