Eric Anderson

Eric Anderson has over 25 years of work experience in the field of software development and technology. Eric is currently serving as the Director of Solution Configuration at decusoft since November 2021. Prior to this, Eric worked at Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. as a Software Development Manager from April 2019 to October 2021.

Eric's extensive work history includes roles such as Product Manager - Compose by Decusoft at Decusoft from September 2007 to April 2019, where they played a key role in custom software development and led development efforts for bespoke compensation solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Eric also worked as a Sr. Application Developer / Consultant at StepStone ASA from March 2007 to October 2007 and at ExecuTRACK Solutions from October 2004 to March 2007. Before that, Eric served as an Application Developer at HRSoft from January 2000 to October 2004.

Eric'searly career included roles such as Implementation Consultant at Information Advantage from 1998 to 2000 and System Engineer at EDS from 1996 to 1998. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in software development and has contributed to the growth and success of various organizations.

Eric Anderson graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
