Steve Kerrick has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Steve is currently the Chief Product Officer at Decusoft, where they lead the product organization and is responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Prior to this, Steve worked at Gain Capital from 2006 to 2019, starting as the SVP of Product Delivery and later being promoted to VP of Product Delivery. Steve also held positions at Gain Capital as Senior Director of Business Systems, Director of Business Systems, and Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager. During their tenure at Gain Capital, Steve developed and implemented a corporate operating model that increased successful project execution by 30% the following year. Before joining Gain Capital, Steve served as the Manager of Project Management & Quality Control at The Reserve Funds, a Quality Assurance Engineer at First Data Corporation, and Director of Quality Assurance and Business Analyst at Federated Investors. Steve began their career at PwC as a Consultant and later became an Associate.

Steve Kerrick earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus, where they attended from 1991 to 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Management at Lehigh University College of Business, attending from 1996 to 1997.
