Caroline S. Meador

Mrs. Meador earned her BS in Science Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Prior to co-founding Decypher, Mrs. Meador worked in the commercial sector, including two years in London, England, gaining insight into the unique challenges of working in the international arena. After her time in Europe, Mrs. Meador founded a company marketing and distribution company. This endeavor broadened her understanding and experience, strengthened her business acumen, and led to her co-founding Decypher. At Decypher she guides business development in a manner that focuses on reflecting the company’s core values, most specifically “Respect for All”. She believes that “when you take care of your employees in all aspects of the employment paradigm, the employees will strive to help the company succeed, will succeed themselves, and lead to highly motivated employees. She embodies the company’s motto “Working to SERVE” – Stewardship, Exceptional integrity, Respect for all, Value creation, and Embrace and drive change.
