Payal Patel

Payal Patel has a solid background in human resources and benefits management. From 2013 to the present, they have worked as an HR/Payroll/Benefits Manager at Decypher. Prior to that, they served as an HR Benefits Manager at Disability Services of the Southwest/Lifespan Home Health from 2010 to 2013. In this role, they handled benefit administration, enrollment, and communication, as well as resolving escalated benefit and claim issues. From 2005 to 2009, Payal worked as a Human Resource Generalist (Corporate) at HEICO Aerospace, where they managed benefits for a large number of team members, coordinated open enrollment, supervised COBRA benefits, and implemented a corporate wellness program.
