Nicoletta Balzaretti

Nicoletta Balzaretti has extensive work experience primarily in the cosmetics industry. Nicoletta began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Manager in Italy for Avon Cosmetics, where they worked until 1998. Nicoletta then moved on to become the European Marketing C.O.E Group Manager for Avon Cosmetics from 1999 until 2005. Following this, they joined Avon Cosmetics again in 2006 as the Continental Sales Support Senior Manager, a role they held until 2008. Finally, in 2009, they became the Marketing Director for Dedar.

Nicoletta Balzaretti attended the Liceo Classico from 1976 to 1980 and obtained a maturità classica degree. Following this, they pursued further education at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1980 to 1986, where they earned a languages and literatures degree. Nicoletta'sstudies at the university focused on linguistics and history.
