Stephen Locke

Stephen Locke is currently the Operations Manager at Dedham-Westwood Water District since 2001. Prior to this, Stephen was a Special Projects Engineer responsible for maintenance and emergency repairs of water mains and fire hydrants. Stephen also worked as a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer at UMass Memorial Medical Center and a 3rd Asst Engineer at American Overseas Co. Stephen graduated from Mass.Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
