Hanna Magnusson

Hanna Magnusson is an experienced professional in the fields of recruitment, social work, and rehabilitation. Currently a Senior konsultchef at Dedicare AB since January 2017, Hanna manages the sales process, recruitment, and staffing of social workers, behavioral scientists, and treatment assistants, utilizing marketing activities and headhunting to meet client requirements. Prior to this role, Hanna worked as an Arbetsförmedlare at Arbetsförmedlingen Jakobsberg, focusing on various target groups, including newly arrived individuals and long-term unemployed youth, and acted as a SIUS consultant to assist young people with disabilities in securing and maintaining employment. Hanna has also contributed to the Agera project, aimed at supporting individuals with mental health issues, and served as a Kriminalvårdare, providing counseling and support to clients. Hanna holds a degree in Behavioral Sciences with a specialization in Psychology from Mälardalen University.
