Rupert Pattisson has been working in the IT field since 1994. Rupert began their career as a Research Analyst at Ernst & Young in London. In 1999, they moved to Anite as a Product Implementation Consultant. In 2004, they joined Orchard Information Systems as an Implementation Consultant. In 2008, they became a Support Technician at Thorn Products LLC. In 2010, Rupert worked at Riverside Technical Services as a Data Analyst and at Florida Institute of Technology as a Lead Technician - Onsite & Bench Team Lead, Information Technology Department. In 2019, they started working at Dedicated IT as a Client Advocate - On Premise - Vero Orthopaedics and at Global Tech Solutions as an Onsite Transitions Lead Technician. Rupert's duties include ensuring uptime of network, storage and compute infrastructure, S2S tunnels, physical and virtual servers/applications, project management/implementation of interfaces and upgrades, procurement of hardware, software/services, M365 cloud services, end user management, device support, and healthcare regulatory compliance. Rupert also recruits, trains, and coaches student work-studies.

Rupert Pattisson completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Hull between 1989 and 1992. In 1996, they achieved a Registered Securities Representative qualification from the Securities Institute in London, UK. In 2009, they obtained a CompTIA A+ IT Technician qualification and in 2010, they achieved a CompTIA Network+ (2009 edition) certification. Finally, in 2011, Rupert Pattisson completed a Masters in Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Florida Institute of Technology.
