Dedicated Staffing Solutions was founded in 2017 as Donor Staff Support. We currently partner with more than half of the OPO's in the United States making us the largest third party provider in this space. We've also proven to be the most trusted, with preemptive customer service and unparalleled expertise and support. All of our clinicians bring years of experience to enhance your operations. We can fill unexpected gaps in your staffing as well as cover long term contracts. Our expertise spans the entire donor case from initial evaluation and family support through clinical management and OR procurement including preservation, NRP and tissue recovery. DSS is literally second to none in supporting OPO staff.

DSS connects organ procurement organizations and transplant centers with on or off-site donation and transplant staffing. In addition, DSS now offers end-to-end transportation logistics for recovery teams as well as organ box runs. Our goal is to increase the number of organs transplanted by filling staffing vacancies with skilled professionals who support providers and patients when they need it the most. At a time when the need for life saving gifts is at an all time high, we will ensure that your organization’s effectiveness remains uncompromised.
