Olusoji Obasanya

Olusoji Obasanya (ACIPD) is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Deekay Group since January 2014, where responsibilities include managing HR functions for a dual-country workforce and leading a team of eight. Prior experience includes roles at InterSwitch Limited as Senior HR Business Partner Associate, where strategic HR solutions were designed for a workforce of 250, and as Learning and Development Specialist, focusing on training programs for the same employee base. Previously, Olusoji worked as a Training Operations Analyst at Etisalat Nigeria during its startup phase, and held positions as a Sales Executive and Resource Assistant. Educational qualifications consist of a CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Practice from BPP University College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Babcock University.
