Sarah Shaw

Sarah Shaw currently serves as the Head of People & Talent at Deel IT, following the acquisition of Hofy, where Sarah held a similar role and built the People and Talent function through its Series A, B, and subsequent exit. With a robust background in talent acquisition and people operations, Sarah has previously supported C-Suite executives at an independent search firm and managed operations and client care for a coaching program for accountants. Sarah's experience also includes a role as a remediation analyst at RBS, where attention to compliance and customer service was paramount. Academic credentials include a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD, a Corporate Governance qualification from the Institute of Directors (IoD), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of York.
