Greg Burgess

Greg Burgess has extensive experience in field services management and technical training. Since May 2017, Greg has served as the Field Services Manager at DEEL Media. Prior to this role, Greg worked at IST - Installation & Service Technologies, Inc. from November 2011 to May 2017 as a Field Service Technician Trainer, focusing on the development and implementation of training materials for field technicians nationwide. Greg's career began at British Telecommunications Public Limited Company, where from November 1999 to March 2010, Greg was a Network Installation Lead, overseeing a team responsible for installing network infrastructure for new Best Buy locations, including the Comm Room, Point of Sale systems, kiosks, and Geek Squad setup.
