Jeff Vanier

Jeff Vanier is the current MidMarket Sales Manager at Deel. Prior to joining Deel, Jeff was the Regional Sales Manager, Mid Market - Financial Services at Vena Solutions September 2020 to August 2021. While at Vena Solutions, Jeff excelled quota month over month and was ranked 2nd out of 30 reps in closed new business revenue. Jeff was responsible for generating over 400k new business revenue and assisted management with sales enablement. Jeff was promoted to Sales Manager and relocated to the UK.

From May 2016 to September 2020, Jeff was the U.K Sales Manager at TouchBistro. At TouchBistro, Jeff worked with senior leadership to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, including building out a new pricing strategy and compensation structure. Jeff also mentored and managed a team of 20 ( combined AEs and BDRs ) including three internal promotions and one team lead. Jeff grew the market from 0 to contributing to 10% of total venue and revenue growth globally on a monthly basis. Jeff also worked with product and marketing on helping understand the market, segment, targeting the right customers for additional revenue. In addition, they owned hiring, onboarding, new and ongoing sales enablement, and meeting revenue targets. Jeff also acquired one of the largest global events and entertainment operator with a contract value of £268,000. Participating in an enterprise RFP process, bringing in partner account managers from the UK's leading bank to close the deal. Lastly, they helped to manage the day to day partnership with one of the largest banks, working with product set up the process for referrals and mutual customer acquisition.
