Kate Welsh

Kate Welsh is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and market expansion across various organizations. Currently serving as the General Manager for US Payroll & PEO at Deel since October 2021, Kate oversees operations, go-to-market strategies, and P&L management. Prior roles include Senior Director of Expansion Strategy & Business Operations at Deel, and multiple positions at Via focused on innovative transportation solutions from April 2018 to October 2021. Kate has also contributed to public sector initiatives as a Government Performance Lab Innovation Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School and has held program management roles at TED Conferences. Kate holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with honors from Brown University.
