Leelo Tamre-Teder

Leelo Tamre-Teder currently serves as the Country Finance Manager at Deel, focusing on country growth, finance and tax compliance in EMEA, and financial controlling. Previous experience includes a role as Group Accounting Manager at Veriff, overseeing operational accounting across multiple regions and leading the successful implementation of Oracle Netsuite. Leelo also held the position of Head of Accounting & Admin at Jobbatical, managing accounting, HR, and administration for a growing tech startup. Prior roles include Chief Accountant at Sirowa Tallinn AS, Chief Accountant at Viasat AS, and an accounting position at MicroLink Eesti, alongside a legal assistant role at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Leelo is pursuing an MBA in ESG and Green Finance at the Estonian Business School, building on a solid educational background in business administration from TalTech and Tallinn School of Economics.
