Quinn Steffen

Quinn Steffen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HRBP Director for Global Product and Marketing at Deel since January 2025. Prior to this role, Quinn held various positions at Workrise from November 2021 to January 2025, including Director of Talent Management, where responsibilities included compensation, performance cycle design, and employee development programs.
