Sriram Pasupathi is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in building and managing complex systems across various industries. Currently serving as the Principal Product Manager at Deel since January 2024, Sriram is responsible for foundational systems development and mentoring earlier stage product managers. Prior to Deel, Sriram held the role of Product Lead at Rippling, where payroll products were developed for the US, Singapore, and India. Sriram's expertise also includes managing a suite of customer success products at Gainsight, core HR and ATS product development at Keka HR, and video conferencing solutions at PeopleLink Unified Communications. Previously, Sriram worked as a Senior Design Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, focusing on vehicle design and management. Sriram holds a Postgraduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
