Tal Tuchman

Tal Tuchman currently serves as the Associate Director of Customer Success Strategy at Deel, a position held since October 2022. Additionally, Tal is a Startup Mentor with Israel Lean Launchpad and previously held the role of General Manager at Awacs, overseeing P&L, business strategy, and managing a team of over 40 employees. Tal has also worked as a Strategy Consultant at D-ID and co-founded Dex World, an AI operations management platform. Prior experience includes a Consultant role at McKinsey & Company, a Junior Associate at S. Horowitz & Co., a Research Assistant at Tel Aviv University, and service as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces. Tal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University and completed the Leadership Program for New Media Executives at the University of California, Irvine.
