Amer Barakat

Amer Barakat is a seasoned professional in human resources, holding a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University and a BA in English Literature from Lebanese University. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at Deem Finance, Amer has also worked as an Associate CIPD Tutor and as the Chief HR Consultant at People Ignite HR Consulting. Previously, Amer held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at a confidential organization and served as the Organizational Development Manager at aafaq Islamic Finance PSC. Amer is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
