Santosh Sukumaran

Santosh Sukumaran currently serves as the Head of Operations at Deem Finance, overseeing Operations, Credit, and Administration since June 2023. Previously, Santosh co-founded NeoSoft Consultancy and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at PAPEL GROUP. Santosh's extensive experience includes leading operations in various financial institutions, such as Finance House, where responsibilities included managing retail asset center operations, and the Commercial Bank of Dubai, which involved streamlining processes and reorganizing structures. Notably, in roles at RAKBANK and Standard Chartered Bank, Santosh was instrumental in establishing card operations and launching credit card products. An MBA graduate from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Santosh possesses a strong background in operational management and process optimization within the finance sector.
