Sean Hensman

Sean Hensman has a diverse work history spanning several companies and roles. Sean is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Deem, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to that, from February 2020 to May 2022, they worked at Liberty IT as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Site Lead. From May 2018 to February 2020, they served as the Head of Engineering, Platform at Datalex. Sean also has experience as the Global Lead, Software Development, Financial Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from July 2014 to May 2018. Before that, from February 2012 to March 2014, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Software Development, Global Electronic Banking Channels at Citi. Sean's career also includes roles as the Director of Software Development at Verizon Business and Cybertrust, and as a Senior Manager of Software Development at MFX Services. Sean began their career in 1997 at Escher Group as the Director of Software Development, where they worked until 2003.

Sean Hensman earned a Bsc in Computer Information Systems from California State University, Stanislaus from 1995 to 1997. In 2017, they attended the Irish Management Institute for a Mini MBA program.
