Paul B. Stukin

Paul Stukin is an accomplished professional in the luxury real estate sector, currently serving in the role of International Business Development at Christie’s International Real Estate | AKG since October 2023. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Paul founded Deep Blue HI in February 2022, where Paul holds the titles of Founder and CEO. Paul also established Carolwood in January 2022, serving as Founder and Estates Director. Previously, Paul was the Executive Director of Sales at Montage Hotels & Resorts for The Pendry Residences West Hollywood from October 2019 to July 2021, and has held sales lead positions at prestigious properties such as The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Trump Towers, Terranea Resort, and Everline Resort & Spa. Paul began their career in Los Angeles, earning recognition as a key figure in the local luxury real estate market. Paul’s academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
