Mandeep Gill

Mandeep Gill is an experienced marketing and branding executive currently serving as the Managing Director at Deep Blue Sports + Entertainment since March 2025 and a member/angel investor at HERMESA, advising and investing in female (co)founded startups at the pre/seed stage. Previously, Mandeep was the Global Marketing Director for AR & Wearables at Meta from January 2021 to February 2023, where strategic marketing and business growth initiatives were led across global markets. Prior roles include VP of Global Brand Marketing at Square, where Mandeep focused on brand awareness and customer acquisition, and a Senior Global Brand Manager at Apple, overseeing major marketing initiatives for products such as the iPad and iPhone. Mandeep holds a BA Honours in Media Studies from the University of East London, earned in 2001.

Deep Blue Sports + Entertainment

Launched in December 2023, Deep Blue exists to identify, create, and influence business models and growth opportunities in emerging markets in sports and entertainment, including the firm's first vertical of focus: women's sports. Deep Blue will provide agency services including platform development and brand strategy, media investment, brand partnerships, ad campaign and content development, experiential marketing, league and club asset media value analysis and ancillary media / content strategy development, athlete / influencer partnerships, brand and thought leadership communications strategy, analytics and measurement framework development, and beyond. Deep Blue’s team includes media, marketing and advertising practitioners working alongside active and retired professional athletes to ensure brands have first-person perspective when building their women’s sport-focused marketing strategies and brand messaging. Correnti will be responsible for the stewardship of client business as well as media and partnership investment strategy while its Athlete Advisory Council offers consultation around strategic insights and conceptual ideation.
