Currently serving as the Principal and Owner of Deep Dive HR Consulting since January 2020, Joel provides outsourced HR solutions and professional development for small businesses. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Movéo, where efforts focused on enhancing business performance, and Senior Operations Director at Trybal Gatherings, known for innovative Jewish summer camp experiences. Joel also held positions as Interim Director of Operations at Keshet and part of the Engage HR team at HR Source. With a foundational role in HR at Beber Camp, Joel has managed significant operational aspects within non-profit entities and developed engagement strategies for students at UW Hillel Foundation. Joel Bennett earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005.
