Sam Winthrop is the Research Analyst since inception of the Firm. Previously, from 2011-2014 he was a Financial Analyst and Associate in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank where he advised debtor and creditor clients through recapitalizations, M&A and capital market transactions in a variety of sectors. Sam is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (B.S.) with a concentration in Finance and also earned a Minor in History through the College of the Arts and Sciences.
