Mark Rozeboom

Mark Rozeboom, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in market making, business development, and executive leadership. As a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Deep Market Making Inc. since January 2023, Mark also leads business development activities. Previously, Mark served as CEO at Cortlandt Financial Group from September 2016 to March 2023, and co-founded a Private Helium Business where Mark held the role of CFO from February 2013 until December 2019. Additional experience includes CEO roles at Old Main Capital, LLC and as a Trader/Sales Manager at William Blair & Company. Mark began a career at Lehman Brothers as an analyst, later honing expertise in fixed income trading at Barclays Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley, and other leading firms. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
