Oliver Voss

Oliver Voss is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in government contracting and acquisition. As Principal at Deep Water Point since April 2021, Oliver Voss leads a team of experts focused on enhancing government programs through deep sector knowledge and relationships. Previously, Oliver Voss served as Head of the Contracting Activity at the National Nuclear Security Administration from July 2012 to April 2020, overseeing a procurement operation with a $10 billion budget and a team of 130 professionals. Oliver Voss has also held multiple roles at the US Environmental Protection Agency, gaining comprehensive experience in government acquisition over 20 years, and began a career in contracting at Naval Air Systems Command specializing in support for military aircraft. Oliver Voss holds a degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, earned between 1980 and 1984.
