Founder and CEO at Deep Water Software

Charity McGill has worked in the software industry since 1997, beginning as a Software Developer at AMS Services. In 2001, they joined Accenture Duck Creek as a PAS/POS Product Manager, where they spent over a decade in this role and developed the company's strategic product plan. In 2009, they became the Owner and Secretary of McGill's Gas and Grocery, where they were responsible for accounting, funding, purchasing, technology and new programs. Finally, in 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Deep Water Software, where they are the product manager, strategic planner, and chief dishwasher.

Charity McGill attended Southwest Baptist University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
