Beth Allen

Beth Allen is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate COO and Delivery Director at DEEP since October 2021. Prior to this role, Beth held the position of Programme Manager for Operational Improvement, Transformation & Implementation at Newton Europe from March 2016 to September 2021. Beth's earlier experience includes working at Russell Reynolds Associates in the Financial Services Strategy, Ops & Knowledge Function from November 2013 to December 2015, and managing operations at Opera Studio Oxford in 2012-2013. From 2008 to 2013, Beth was involved in freelance music and arts management. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Oxford.
