Cherukuri Venkata Rao has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural sector, currently serving as Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) at Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd. since February 2017, responsible for establishing the Mahadhan brand in Telangana. Prior to this role, Rao held the position of Chief Manager (Sales & Marketing) at Zuari Agri Sciences Limited from April 2015 to February 2017, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives for fertilizers in the region. Rao's career began at Coromandel International Limited as a Marketing Officer, followed by various roles at Paradeep Phosphates Limited, culminating in a managerial position in sales and marketing. Cherukuri Venkata Rao holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, completed in 1997.
