Maroti Kadam

Maroti Kadam has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Maroti started their career with BOC India Limited as a Sr. Engineering Officer and worked their way up to Manager-Operations, overseeing the manufacturing and filling operations of various gases. Maroti then joined Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. as a Project Manager, responsible for project management activities from concepts to commissioning. Maroti also worked as a Project Manager at Al Fahhad Zegwaard Co., where they were involved in job costing, bidding, and negotiations with clients. At Vadilal Chemicals ltd, they served as the DGM-Business and Product Development, leading a team and responsible for business development, sales, and revenue generation. Currently, they are working at Deepak Group Co. as the Lead - Business Development, utilizing their expertise in developing new markets and securing new clients.

Maroti Kadam holds a M.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, which was completed between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Amravati University from 1999 to 2003. Maroti also completed their H.S.C. in Science from Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya Nanded in 1997 and their SSC from Dyanand Vidyalaya Hadolti, Tal Ahmedapur, Dist. Latur in 1996. Recently, they completed a Senior Management Programme in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2020-2021. Maroti is currently pursuing a Leading Other's Program at S P Jain School of Global Management, which is scheduled to be completed in 2022-2023.
